An in-depth consultation will provide you and our team an opportunity to discus your overall vision, our scope of work related to the project, the estimated costs to vbvproduce those needs, and the processes + timeline that will follow.
After receiving a retainer for design work + signed contract that summarizes our consultation, our team goes to work curating your customized proposal. Depending on the complexity of the project, this can take between 3-4 weeks.
After receiving your proposal, a follow- up call reviewing the designs + quote will provide us the opportunity to gather your feed-back + make any requested revisions.
Once you have received a design proposal that achieves your vision, a 50% installation payment will become due, and all inventory will be secured.
Our team will begin the logistical preparations required of your event. At this time, a second progress payment of 25% of the balance will be due.
Two weeks before your event, a final inventory list will be requested. At this time, your remaining balance will also become due.
You can rest easy knowing our team is executing a flawless event for you and your guests!
Within two weeks of your event, you will be provided a final bill for any post-event charges.
